HDA 02The PHDA02 - a reference class headphone amplifier with Stereo, Mono, and Dual Mono operation modes.

In Stereo mode, the L/R input signal is fed to the left and right earphones while the volume level is set by the Stereo/Left control. The front panel inputs provide simultaneous connection of two headphones in parallel. In Mono mode, the left and right channels are summed, and the resulting mono signal is fed to both the left and right earphones. Again, volume is governed by the Stereo/Left control. In Dual Mono mode, the left and right channels can be used independently with individual level controls for the left and right earphones.

The PHDA02 operates with all headphones with an impedance of 8 up to 200 Ohms. Impedance matching is achieved by a specially designed switchable transformer. Uncommon and costly, this solution provides superior performance, dynamic range, and signal- to-noise ratio at all loads.

Combo input sockets allow for balanced XLR and unbalanced TS headphone connection while parallel XLR outputs facilitate daisy chaining multiple units. The integrated power supply operates with mains from 100 VAC to 240 VAC.

Especially since the elde is a classic passive DI box, and it even has a dual-channel design. This means you can use it for stereo signals as well as for two different instruments.

The inputs are each looped to a THRU Out, allowing the signal to be passed on to the guitar/bass amplifier. For very high level signals, each channel has its own pad switch (-30 dB), so you can also insert the elde between the amplifier output and the loudspeaker. The output signals are balanced and with low impedance, so that they can withstand even longer cable runs without damage. Impedance conversion and balancing is done passively via a transformer, which also provides galvanic isolation. Each channel has its own ground lift switch to eliminate ground loops.

It lets you experiment at leisure by running guitar, bass, keyboard, drum and even vocal tracks through amplifiers and effects pedals. As with many other techniques, you need the right tools.

The Palmer trave is a passive reamping box that requires no external power supply. Inside is a specially developed transformer that converts the balanced line signal into an unbalanced Hi-Z signal with perfectly matched impedance for your guitar amplifier or effect pedal. At the same time, the trave prevents ground loops, which are otherwise almost unavoidable when you combine an audio interface or mixer output with a guitar amp or effects pedal. The input of this reamping box allows you to switch between consumer (-10 dBV) and professional (+4 dBu) levels, and the output level is continuously adjustable, so you can drive your amp or pedals just the way you like it.

Balanced or unbalanced? That_s not a problem with the BALUN/PLI05. BALUN stands for balanced-unbalanced. This means that because the PLI05 uses TRS (stereo) jack sockets, both the input and output can be operated balanced or unbalanced. The PLI05 is the PLI02_s little sister. Both speakers can be used to convert from balanced to unbalanced. Both speakers include line isolation transformers for galvanic isolation. They are connected between mains-operated audio devices to prevent ground loop hum. The PLI02 is designed for using XLR connectors and built for low impedances (600 ohm). In order to connect them to a professional sound system and to avoid interfering noise over long cable runs, balanced signal routing is needed.
