iDMX CORE

Cameo's iDMX® APP enables convenient wireless control of lighting setups from iOS or Android devices via WiFi. The app permits programming and real-time editing light shows in a quick and intuitive way. Arrange fixtures in groups, create custom colors, generate effects and activate up to eight of them in parallel. Save your shows and organize them using the import and export function. The Cameo iDMX® APP supports a full DMX universe of 512 channels and all RGB, RGBA, RGBW, RGBWA and RGBWA+UV fixtures. It includes a timer to start and stop your lighting performance automatically while password protection prevents unauthorized access to your WiFi network.

The iDMX® APP requires Cameo's iDMX® CORE interface. This battery powered WiFi receiver integrates a 2.4GHz W-DMX_ transmitter with up to 300 m operating range. It allows you to control both standard DMX and W-DMX_ enabled fixtures with the app.

The Cameo CLSB83 is the professional solution for configuring DMX networks. The splitter and booster in 19" format amplifies the DMX input signal and distributes it to 8 electrically isolated outputs. It is connected directly to the DMX controller or to DMX devices. The input and the THRU socket for looping of the signal are duplicated on the front and back of the CLSB83 and connected in parallel. Bright LEDs show the DMX and power status of the channels on the front panel, the outputs are located on the back. A switchable 120 Ohm terminating resistor on the DMX THRU output and the power switch complete the equipment; the IEC-cable is supplied. For convenient output connector access and reverse installation the rack-mount angles can be attached to the rear of the chassis.

The Cameo DMX splitter and booster is also available in 5-pin design (art. No CLSB85).

Designed for professional applications and supporting bi-directional communication, the Cameo SB 6T RDM is a 6-output DMX/RDM splitter with two inputs and two parallel thru outputs. It sends the incoming DMX/RDM signal to six separate output ports that are electronically and optically isolated. Each output channel has its own driver to boost the DMX/RDM signal to its original level. All inputs and outputs are fitted with both 3-pin and 5-pin Neutrik® connectors for maximum flexibility and reliability. Front and rear panel LEDs indicate the power and DMX status, and three M10 female threaded inserts facilitate truss mounting. The Cameo SB 6T RDM comes with a powerCON power cord.

DVC D5

The new Cameo DVC D5 Interface is the perfect successor to the Cameo DVC and is now bundled with lifetime licences for Cameo D4 Express and Cameo D5 Express. With the associated Cameo software powered by Daslight, DMX-compatible lamps can be conveniently controlled from PC and Mac.

In live mode, the DVC D5 with its 512 DMX channels becomes the ultimate tool for live shows. For computerless use as a standalone DMX player with 256 channels, programmed light shows can be copied to the integrated flash memory. The interface has a USB-C input, a 3-pin DMX output and is powered via the USB output of your computer. Three buttons facilitate programme selection and dimming in standalone mode, which requires only a standard 5V USB power supply.

The free Cameo software package includes over 15,000 fixture libraries and a ScanLibrary editor for creating or customising fixture profiles. This software allows individual DMX fixtures to be selected, grouped and added to the lightshow in a 2D display. Create dynamic scenes, layer them and use the palette function for lighting control without fader movement.

Explore creative possibilities with live editing tools, an audio analyser, MIDI beat synchronisation for lights and music tempo, and real-time 3D visualisation of the programmed light show. The customisable screen layout accommodates individual needs, and the free Easy Remote app allows wireless control via iPhone, iPad and Android devices over Wi-Fi.

DVC PRO

DMX-compatible light units can be conveniently operated via PC and Mac with the Cameo DVC PRO Interface and associated Cameo software (powered by Daslight). Used in live mode, the plug-and-play interface provides 1024 DMX channels. When used in standalone mode without a computer, it offers 256 channels (extendable to up to 1024 channels) and programmed lightshows can be copied to the integrated Flash memory. The interface features a USB-C port for input and two 3-pin XLR outputs. It is supplied with power via the computer's USB output. Three buttons facilitate programme selection and dimming in standalone mode. This requires a standard retail 5 V USB power adapter.

The free Cameo software package contains over 15,000 device libraries and a ScanLibrary editor for creating and editing your own device profiles. Individual DMX devices can be selected, placed in groups and added to a 2D view of the lightshow. Dynamic scenes can be created, arranged and placed over each other. The palette feature facilitates light control without fader movements, and the XEEL engine creates hundreds of wide-ranging, exciting pixel and video effects.

The software includes a comprehensive toolbox for live editing, an audio analyser, a MIDI clock for synchronising light and music speed, and 3D visualisation of the programmed lightshow in real time.
