PAN 04 A

The Palmer PAN04A is 2-channel DI box for feeding asymmetrical and high impedance electric instrument signals into a mixing desk_s microphone inputs. It delivers a transformer balanced, low impedance signal to the outputs and eliminates mains hum and interference caused by ground loops. The active switch leaves the frequency response unaffected and achieves a high dynamic range. In addition to 6.35 mm direct outputs and -30 dB switchable input attenuation, the DI box also features a mono output that sums both channels. The PAN04A is designed to be exceptionally robust and is suitable for both stage and studio. It can be powered with 9 to 24 V DC mains adapters or phantom power when two outputs are connected to a mixer.

The Palmer PAN16 is an 8 channel passive DI box in a 19" 1U rack format. Through the special MERGE LINK/IN function, the front LINK output can be used as a second input.The signal is then mono merged with the one from the INPUT jack through to the output. Thus, the PAN16 offers a maximum of 16 inputs. Two PAD buttons enable an attenuation of 10, 20 or 30 dB. The XLR outputs are electrically isolated and balanced via transformer. 8 additional LINK-sockets are also available on the rear panel of the device.

PAN 02 PRO

The Palmer PAN02 PRO is an active DI box with outstanding additional functions. These include an unbalanced XLR input, in addition to the 3-way attenuator -10, -20, -30 dB and a switchable gain of 12 dB, connected with a maximum output voltage of +20 dBu. The ground lift switch has a "lift" position allowing adjustments between a "soft and hard grounding" . The balanced output is achieved with a high quality transformer in the Mumetall housingthat was specially developed for this purpose.
